2 bags frozen mixed herb and garlic veggies
1 family size can of mushroom soup
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
½ parmesan cheese
French fried onions or bread crumbs
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Defrost veggies. Mix with mushroom soup, and cheeses. Scoop onto prepared baking dish and top with French fried onions. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly and Walla! My favorite easy veggie side dish!
